Blind boxes

Factory-sealed blind boxes contain a random design. No particular design is guaranteed, and duplicates are possible. We do not weigh, shake, open, or search sealed boxes.

Mystery bundles

Each mystery listing states the item count, theme, product categories, minimum regular retail value, and whether duplicates or blind items are possible. Preference disappointment is not considered a defect, but missing, damaged, or materially misdescribed items remain eligible for assistance.
